Solving the issue of Apple locking out your kid’s iCloud Account

What to Do if iCloud password is locked by Apple?

Dealing with this issue when it happens is pretty easy. You will need to have possession of your child’s device to fix it.

  1. Log in to your mSpy account using www.mspyonline.com,
  2. Go to Device Management section,
  3. Click Unlink Current Device and confirm,
  4. You will be brought to initial installation.

Once you have a different password and have unlinked your child’s device from your mSpy account, you’re ready to connect it again by simply entering Apple ID and new password into the appropriate fields in your mSpy account.

If the issue persists, please follow the instructions below:

  • We recommend you to change the iCloud email too if the issue persists. You will need to use an email address that has never been used with iCloud backup. You can create one free Gmail or Yahoo account if you do not have one.
  • When the email is changed, other devices linked to that Apple ID will be prompted to update the necessary information.

I have reset my apple ID password seven times now and I am sure that mspy is what is blowing it up. Each time I have to download the call log and change to device on 10 different devices. No help from mspy.com!

The device keeps getting locked out of iCloud. Can i download software on the device and then hide it somehow? Will this install help me so i can monitor the device and my kid won’t get locked out?

Right after the installation, mSpy application is launched and starts working in a background mode. The icon which appears after mSpy installation does not contain any settings for mSpy functionality. For better user experience, there are 2 options: either to keep it on the dashboard of the monitored device or not.

By installing mSpy, you confirm your intention to use this software legally, i.e. you install mSpy on your own device, the device of your underage child or the owner of the device agrees to be monitored.
